Ms. Constance Dunn, 72, of LaPorte and formerly of Chicago, died Wednesday, Dec. 18, 2013, at Golden Living Center-Countryside, LaPorte.
She was born Jan. 27, 1941, in Chicago to Frank and Pauline (Myszkowski) Sarbieski.
Constance worked as a waitress for 20-plus years, retiring in 2003. She was a member of Saint Florian Church in Chicago. Constance loved playing bingo, watching judge and cop shows and “Criminal Minds” TV show.
On Nov. 5, 1960, in Chicago, she married Philip Jagielski, who preceded her in death March 30, 1982.
She was also preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Rita Stahl; son, Philip Jagielski; brother, Frank Sarbieski Jr.; and two sisters, Pauline Finton and Frances Bryce.
She is survived by two daughters, Barbara Poninski of Green Bay, WI, and Rose Stevenson of Rolling Prairie, IN; son, James Jagielski of Chicago; 11 grandchildren; one great-grandchild; two sisters, Katherine Bless and Rose Nowak; and brother, Bernard Sarbieski.
