Kathleen A. Cole, 72, of LaPorte, died Wednesday, Jan. 28, 2015, at Franciscan St. Anthony Health, Michigan City, IN.
She was born Jan. 21, 1943, in San Antonio, TX, to John and Antionette (Kosteba) Jermolowicz.
Kathleen enjoyed visiting The LaPorte Missionary Church.
On June 3, 1972, she married James W. Cole Sr., who preceded her in death.
She was also preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Jerry and David Jermolowicz; sister, Sharon Frevert; and her grandson, Tyler Cole.
Surviving are her beloved children, Annette (Dirk) Haschke of LaPorte, Harvey John (Inga) Cole of Key West, FL, Michael (Margie) Cole of Homer, MI, and Christopher (Danita) Cole of Lansing, MI; grandchildren, Kristine, Rebecca, David, Nathan, Joshua, Samuel, Nata’lie, Savannah, Ryan, William, Alexis, and Korbin; and brothers and sisters, Jacque (Thom) Boyd, John “Slug” (Wendy) Jermolowicz, Mary (Greg) Misiukiewicz, and Joseph (Inge) Jermolowicz.
A Celebration of Life Memorial Service will be held at noon Saturday, Jan. 31, at LaPorte Missionary Church with Pastor Carl Galloway officiating. Visitation will be held at the church on Saturday from 9 a.m. until the service. Burial will follow the service at Oak Grove Cemetery.
