Jeannellen “Jean” Mullins, 60, of LaPorte, IN, passed away Tuesday, Dec. 25, 2018, at her home.
She was born in LaPorte on March 22, 1958, to Fred W. and Jeanne (Foster) Giggy.
On Oct. 25, 2012, in LaPorte, she married Dale Mullins, who survives.
Also surviving are her beloved children, Victoria (Donald) Wilson of LaPorte, Robert (Ashley Oliver) Giggy of LaPorte, David Lewis Stidham of LaPorte, and Craig (Samantha) Stidham of LaPorte; mother, Jeanne (Charles) Culp; brothers, Ned Giggy, Wayne (Rhonda) Giggy, and Carl Culp; sisters, Lynn Watkins, Pamela (Rob) Williams, and Carla (Steve)Williams; and 10 grandchildren, Mia, Avontae, Larry, Kylee, Madison, Drisana, Milo, Jerzey, Paizley, and Eazton.
She was preceded in death by her father and her sister, Catherine Fort.
Jean was a sales department manager for 24 years at Walmart. She loved being with her family, especially her grandchildren. She also enjoyed garage sales, flee markets, and joining her husband on the boat where she would crochet and do puzzle books while he fished.
A Celebration of Life Memorial Service will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 5, 2019, at Cutler Funeral Home and Cremation Center, LaPorte. A time of visitation will be held from 11 a.m. until the service on Saturday at the funeral home. Burial will follow the service with full military honors at Patton Cemetery, LaPorte. Cremation has taken place.
