Mr. Nicholas J. Pezzuto, 62, of LaPorte, died Saturday, Sept. 6, 2014, at Millers Merry Manor-New Carlisle, IN.
He was born March 27, 1952, in LaPorte to Charles P. and Regina (Sadeck) Pezzuto.
Nicholas worked at Gateway for eight years. He loved music, karate and animals. Nicholas especially loved spending time with his wife, family and friends.
He was married to Kathy (Kuta) Pezzuto, who survives.
He is also survived by his stepson, Jimmy Lee Kuta of LaPorte; three grandchildren, Kaylee, Abby and Karter; sister, Patricia Ann Pezzuto of Michigan City, IN; and brother, David C. (Susan) Pezzuto of Michigan City.
Nicholas was preceded in death by his parents.
Cremation will take place. A private family service will be conducted at a later date. Haverstock Funeral Home and Cremation Services, LaPorte, is handling arrangements.
