Scott Allen Leets, 68, passed away Thursday, May 27, 2021, at Golden Living Center, La Porte, Ind.
He was born Sept. 20, 1952, in La Porte to Charles and Anna (Reese) Leets.
Scott was a diesel mechanic. He enjoyed attending concerts and cooking. Scott also enjoyed working with his hands, particularly on home improvement projects. He is greatly loved and missed by those who knew him, especially his children.
Surviving Scott are his children, Christine Leets of Midland, Tex., Sean Leets of Michigan City, Ind., and Benjamin Campbell of La Porte; sister, Jackey Levendoski; brother, Mark Leets; nieces, Sarah Levendoski and Amy Harvey; and nephews, Matt Levendoski, Andrew Leets and Michael Leets.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Cremation has taken place with Cutler Funeral Home and Cremation Center, La Porte.
