Charles “Chuck” Joseph Underwood, 65, passed away Friday, Jan. 1, 2021, at his home.
He was born Jan. 24, 1955, in Michigan City, Ind.
Chuck was a mold maker for 30 years. He retired from JMS Plastics in South Bend, Ind. Chuck enjoyed spending quality time with family. He had a passion for fishing, both as a hobby and participating in tournaments with friends. He also enjoyed spending his time cooking and woodworking. Chuck was a loving husband, father and friend. He will forever be missed and will always be in our hearts.
On Sept. 26, 1981, in La Porte, he married Pamela (Harde) Underwood, who survives. They celebrated 39 years of marriage together.
Also surviving are his beloved children, Jessica Underwood of Michigan City and Charlie (Lindsay) Underwood of Walkerton, Ind., and one beloved granddaughter, Josie Underwood.
A private family gathering was held at Cutler Funeral Home and Cremation Center in LaPorte.
