Judith “Judy” D. Mrozinski McKinney Marston, 81, of La Porte, IN, passed away at home Oct. 29, 2020.She was born May 18, 1939, in La Porte to Ronald & Nerzra (Sayles) Mrozinski.
Judy grew up in La Porte and spent the last 36 years of her years in Harrisonburg, Virginia, until moving back to La Porte in June 2020.
She loved making crafts and doing crossword puzzles.
Judy is survived by her son, Jim (Sue) McKinney of La Porte; three stepsons, Jason, Travis and Randy Marston; six grandkids, Alan Lofton of Fort Myers, Florida, Michael (Shannon) Johnson and Kyle Johnson, both of Arkansas, and James (Abby) McKinney, Bret McKinney, and Katie (Phil) Flamion; three great-grandkids, Kameron and Phillip Flamion and Audrey McKinney; several step grandkids; and brother, Tom Mrozinski of Texas.
Judy was on hospice and had two special nurses and a CNA who helped her. Thank you to Sara, Jean and Jessica. You were all amazing. Thank you so much.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Obie Marston, in March 2020; daughter, Tina Johnson; a grandson; sister, Kathy; and her parents.
She will be cremated and there will be no service due to high numbers of COVID.
