Thomas J. Kelly, 61, passed away Monday, Oct. 26, 2020 at Golden Living Center, La Porte, Ind.
He was born May 18, 1959 in Chicago, Ill. to Edward and Lucille (Koca) Kelly.
On April 16, 1989 in Maywood, Ill. he married Ann Rhode.
Thomas was a surgical technician for 29 years at Loyola Medical Center. He attended DePaul University. He also enjoyed music and Chicago sports.
Survivors include his wife; children, Ryan (Rachel Cavarrubias) Kelly of Chicago and Shannon (Cammeron) Powers of La Porte; grandson, Loki Powers; siblings, James (Mary Pat) Kelly of Lombard, Ill., Patricia (Vincent Schauf) McCurdy of Oak Forest, Ill., and Kathleen (Kevin) Holden of Crest Hill, Ill.; and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Edward Kelly.
Cremation has taken place. A celebration of life memorial service will be announced in 2021.
