Linda Susan Minnick, 71, of La Porte, Ind. passed away Tuesday, Sept. 29, 2020 at Fountainview Terrace, La Porte.
She was born Dec. 1, 1948 in Crawfordsville, Ind. to Robert J. and Lorraine (Gustafson) Alban.
On Feb. 25, 1971 in La Porte she married Charles Edward.
Linda worked in accounting for many years at Parkinson & Hinton. She enjoyed caring for others, especially her beloved husband and family.
Survivors include children, Charles (Guyla) Minnick of Ohio, Lori (William) Cochrane of Elkhart, Ind., Lesley (Brian) Lich of Monroe, Wash., and Craig (Melissa) Minnick of La Porte; 15 grandchildren; one great-grandson; siblings, Lois (Steve) Brooks of Knightstown, Ind., Ron (Cathy) Alban of Illinois, Laura (Larry) Mazur of La Porte, Roger Alban of La Porte, and Rusty (Nancy) Alban of Illinois; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded by her parents and husband.
Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to noon Saturday, Oct. 3 at Cutler Funeral Home and Cremation Center, where a celebration of life service will be held at noon with Pastor Roger Ash officiating. Burial will follow at Pine Lake Cemetery.
Due to the recent governor’s order, attendees are required to wear a mask.
