Shelly Probst, 55, of La Porte, Ind. passed away Friday, Sept. 11, 2020 at Porter Memorial Hospital, Valparaiso, Ind.
She was born Aug. 31, 1965 in Michigan City, Ind. to Melvin and Carol (Weeden) Miller.
Shelly was married to her husband, Tommie, for 36 years before his death. A life-long resident of this area, Shelly enjoyed fishing, swimming, and doing puzzles; she also enjoyed her dog, Lily.
Survivors include her son, Chance Probst of La Porte; daughters, Angel Probst of La Porte, Alicia Probst of Shellyville, Ind., and Shyann Probst of La Porte; brothers, David Miller and Rodney Miller, both of La Porte; and sisters, Cathy (Dell) Bobi of New Carlisle, Ind. and Toni Miller of Kentucky.
Haverstock Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 602 Maple Ave., La Porte, Ind. is handling the arrangements. Cremation has been selected.
