Louise Reno, 65, of La Porte, Ind. passed away Thursday, Sept. 3, 2020 at Golden Living Center in La Porte.
She was born Aug. 20, 1955 in Chicago, Ill. to Robert and Lorraine (Zakrajsek) Dyer.
Louise worked as a nurse’s aide for many years. She enjoyed crocheting, coloring, and completing puzzles.
Survivors include her children, Jimmy (Lesley) Lefeber of La Porte, Edward (Amy) Lefeber of La Porte, and Richard Lefeber of Oklahoma; six grandchildren; siblings, Cindy (Jim) Trusty of La Porte, Sue (Jeff) Riley of Texas, E.J. (Denise) Tunis of Peoria, Ill., Don (Leeann) Tunis of Winamac, Ind., Ron (Becca) Tunis of Winamac, and Roy (Penny) Tunis of Winamac; and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents and son, Theodore Lefeber.
Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Monday, Sept. 14 at Cutler Funeral Home and Cremation Center, where a celebration of life service will follow at 1 p.m. with Pastor Ed Heavner officiating. Burial will follow at Fletcher Cemetery.
Due to the recent governor’s order, attendees are required to wear a mask.
