Scott Novak, 39, of La Porte, Ind. passed away April 1, 2020.
He was born June 21, 1980.
Cremation has taken place. There will be an inurnment at Patton Cemetery 2 p.m. Saturday, June 20 to celebrate his life. The public is welcome to attend.
