Clifford Caudill, 79, of Knox, Ind. passed away peacefully at 1:13 p.m. Saturday, March 14, 2020 at St. Joseph Regional Medical Center, Mishawaka, Ind.
He was born April 30, 1940, in Garrett, Ky. to Harvey and Roxie (Owens) Caudill.
Clifford was a machine operator for many years in the automotive industry. He enjoyed fishing, gardening and was an avid Cubs fan. Clifford especially enjoyed spending time with his family.
On July 29, 1961, in Knox, he married his wife, Ruth C. (Stamper) Caudill, who survives.
Also surviving are his three sons, Clifford (Sherri) T. Caudill of Plymouth, Ind., and Thomas (Linda) L. Caudill and Timothy (Susan Bergner) P. Caudill, both of Knox; one brother, Corbin (Dorothy) Caudill of Tennessee; three sisters, Becky Bailey and Dottie (Ron) Dombrowsky, both of Hebron, Ind. and Barbara (Harold) Johnson of Tennesee; eight grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
Preceding him in death his parents and ten siblings, Mary Catherine Caudill, Joe Caudill, James Curtis Caudill, Charlie Caudill, Harvey Prestin Caudill Jr., John Caudill, Kenneth Caudill, Raymond Gunells, Carl Gunells and Eugene Gunells.
Cremation will take place. A celebration of his life will be held at a later date.
