Mark Anthony Rosenbaum, 56, of New Buffalo, MI, passed away at 4:45 a.m. Friday, Jan. 17, 2020, in Valparaiso, IN.
He was born March 8,1963, in Michigan City, IN, to Arthur and Gladys (Gates) Rosenbaum.
Mark struggled for many years with Traumatic Brian Injury, finally losing his long battle with many forms of cancer. Before Mark’s accident, he enjoyed many hobbies and his trade as a respected Millwright of Local 1076. Mark had a deep love of animals, the outdoors and spending his time as a loving husband and father.
He is survived by his wife, Gael (Yasko) Rosenbaum; son, Marcus Rosenbaum of New Buffalo; his daughter, Christine (Michael) Wilhelm; two granddaughters, Rylee and Harper Wilhelm of New Carlisle, IN; his mother, Gladys (Gates) Rosenbaum; sister, Debbie (Kurt) Kennedy; brother, Ray Rosenbaum of New Buffalo; and many cousins, nieces and nephews.
Mark was preceded in death by his father, Arthur Rosenbaum Jr.
Cremation will take place. There will be no service held. Lakeview Funeral Home & Crematory, La Porte, is handling arrangements.
