Beverly A. Queer, 74, of Kingsbury, IN, died Thursday, Dec. 29, 2016, at her home.
She was born May 11, 1942, in Chicago to William A. and Eleanor F. (Frank) Wolff.
Beverly was a God-loving woman who was a homemaker. She was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church of Tracy, IN. She saw a need at the church for an organist and leaned how to play the organ and became the organist for the church for over 15 years. She was also very active in all activities of the church. She love playing cards with her family and enjoying the company of her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
On Oct. 8, 1972, in Knox, IN, she married Lawrence J. Queer, who survives.
She is also survived by two daughters, Annalee J. (Steven) Anderson and Christina E. (Jerry) Ford; four grandchildren, Leanna (Jesse) Webb, Kenny (Katie) Anderson, Eric Ford and Adam Ford; three great-grandchildren, Kendall Webb, Camden Webb and Millie Anderson; three sisters, Marilyn Fischbacher, Judy Tunis and Nancy (Al) Czarnecki; and brother, Charles (Marge) Wolff.
Beverly was preceded in death by her sister, Geraldine Goetz, sister, Shirley Daras, brother, Robert Peters, and sister, Joan Hughs.
The family will receive friend and family Monday, Jan. 2, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Immanuel Lutheran Church, Hamlet, IN. A life celebration will be held at the church Monday at 1 p.m. with David Albertin officiating. Interment will follow at Tracy Cemetery, Hamlet.
