Donna Mae Kulasa, 82, of Rolling Prairie, IN, died Aug. 14, 2013, at her home.
She was born in Cassopolis, MI, on May 21, 1931, to Carl G. and Mabel W. (Weiler) Corson.
Donna graduated from Stillwell High School in 1949. She retired from American Home Foods, LaPorte, after 15 years of service, then worked at LeMans Academy in Rolling Prairie for five years. She was a member of VFW Ladies Auxiliary Post 9423 in Rolling Prairie. She had a great group of friends, loved her dog Coco, and thought the world of her two granddaughters.
On July 15, 1950, at St. Joseph Catholic Church in LaPorte, she married Henry Kulasa, who survives.
Also surviving are her beloved children: sons, Walter (Vicki Murdock) Kulasa of Grand Ledge, MI, and Michael (Wendy Blair) Kulasa of Rolling Prairie; daughter, LaDonna (Steve) Nagy of New Carlisle, IN; two granddaughters, Rachel (David) Ruddock of Okemos, MI, and Natalie (Chris Channell) Kulasa of Waterford, MI; nephew, Terry Troth; niece, Jayne Ann Hudson; and several other nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Robert Corson; sister, Mary Jane Troth; nephew, Larry Troth; and niece, Jeannie Troth.
Visitation will be Saturday, Aug. 17, from 3 to 6 p.m. at Cutler Funeral Home and Cremation Center, LaPorte. A Celebration of Life Service will follow at 6 p.m. at the funeral home with Rev. Ransom Ebersole officiating.
